Terms of service

These terms apply to services provided by [Legal business name], trading as Hashtag It Right.
Websites
- Website packages are paid in full before work starts, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Timelines start when we receive your completed onboarding form and content.
- Each package includes two rounds of changes. Further changes are billed as add-ons.
- Once paid in full, you own the website design, copy and code we created for you.
Social and content plans
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, with a minimum term of 3 months.
- After the minimum term, cancel with 30 days' written notice.
- Unused deliverables do not roll over to the next month.
- Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the ad platform.
How we produce work
We use a range of design and production software, including automated and generative tools, alongside review by our team. You are responsible for confirming that information you give us, such as prices, credentials and claims, is accurate. We follow platform rules on labelling content where they apply.
Your materials
You confirm you have the right to use any logos, photos, videos and text you send us, and you allow us to use them to produce your work.
Portfolio
We may show work we create for you in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We do not guarantee search rankings, follower numbers or sales.
