How much does a small business website cost?
Our websites cost $399 for a one-page site, $799 for up to 5 pages and $1,499 for up to 10 pages with a blog. Prices are fixed and shown upfront. Hosting and small edits are $39 a month on our optional care plan.
How long does it take to build my website?
A one-page site goes live in 7 business days, a 5-page site in 10 and a 10-page site in 14, counted from the day we receive your completed form and content.
Do I need to get on a call?
No. Everything runs through one form and one review link. If you would like a call, Pro customers can book one.
Can I see a design before I pay?
Yes. Request a free homepage preview and we will send a design of your homepage within 2 business days. There is no obligation to buy.
Do you build online stores?
No. We build websites for service businesses: enquiry forms, bookings, menus, listings and quotes. We can link to tools you already use for booking, ordering or payments.
Which countries do you work with?
We work remotely with small businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Prices are shown in US, UK, Australian and Canadian dollars.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once paid, the design, copy and code are yours. If you leave our care plan, we hand over all files.
What social media platforms do you post on?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and Google Business Profile. You choose the platforms that fit your plan.
Is there a contract for social media plans?
Social plans run for a minimum of 3 months, then month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do you reply to comments and messages?
Not on standard plans. We create and publish the content; you keep the conversations with your customers. Community management is available as an add-on on request.
Who writes the words?
We do. You tell us about your business in the form and we write all website copy, captions and newsletters in your voice. You approve everything before it goes live.
What do I need to get started?
Your logo if you have one, a few photos of your work or premises, your services and prices, and your domain name. If you are missing anything, we can help.
